Hydracrop Series Ironworkers are two operator machines with five separate workstations: Punching, Notching, Shearing Flat Bars, Angle Cutting and Shearing Round and Square Bars.
Our ESAB plasma/oxyacetylene torch can burn through any metal material up to 2” thick and can handle material sheets up to 5’ x 10’. The CAM (computer assisted manufacturing) system can be programmed to precisely and cleanly cut almost any design you can imagine.
All our welders are highly skilled, WABO certified professionals. Dual shield, MIG, TIG, Spray Arc and Aluminum spool gun welding are daily occurrences.
When needed we also have the ability to Air Arc and reweld as needed!
